First Course

Grilled Oyster • preserved lemon, garlic, pancetta, grana padano, with optional calabrian oil

Second Course

Fennel & Artichoke Heart Salad • shaved fennel, artichoke hearts, castelvetrano, preserved lemon vinaigrette

Third Course

Butternut Squash & Barley Arancini • barely, butternut squash, pecorino, aioli

Fourth Course (choice of)

Shrimp & Mussel Fra Diavolo • bucatini, pomodoro, calabrian pepper, grana padano, basil

Mushroom Ragu • mushroom medley (oyster, maitake, porcini), grana padano, chives
