Daniel Mangin , Executive Chef

Daniel, started his culinary career in Jacksonville, FL and quickly moved on to Chicago, IL to pursue cooking more professionally. After honing his skills for three years in a variety of roles and cuisines, he decided to seek out new opportunities and ended up here in Denver at American Elm.
